Location: Cardiff (on site)
Salary: £28,000
Contract: FTC to March 2026

Overview:

Working for a independent Charity, you will be responsible for building and leading a new employability programme, creating partnerships with organisations, and supporting individuals in their journey towards employment, education, or training.

A typical week:

-Create & implement programme structure model
-Recruit & induct programme participants
-Deliver training sessions individually & in groups
-Develop & nurture external relationships

You'll need the following for this role:

-Confident delivering training & workshops
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-Experience with unemployed individuals (desirable)
-Car driver (essential)
