HR PROGRAMME LEAD

Location: Homebased
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + excellent benefits (negotiable)

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic educational institution?

If you have experience of delivering/managing CIPD Apprenticeships, and enjoy leading both programmes and teams, we want to her from you.

Overview:

Working for a national provider, you will lead a team of HR Coaches, build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure quality delivery across new and existing provision.

A typical week:

-Leadership of small team
-Collaborate with stakeholders
-Quality assure CIPD modules
-Design engaging programme content

You'll need the following for this role:

-Experience delivering CIPD Apprenticeships
-CIPD member, with HR industry experience
-Programme & team management experience
-Knowledge of CIPD regulations & guidelines
