EMPLOYMENT ADVISOR (MENTAL HEALTH)

Location: Haringey or Barnet (20% WFH)
Salary: £28,300 - £31,500 + excellent benefits
Contract: FTC: March 2025

Overview:

Working for a a leading mental health charity, you will support people overcome mental health barriers and move into employment.

A typical week

-Support a caseload of clients
-Assess & monitor client needs
-Provide employment focused support
-Engage community partners & employers

You'll need the following for this role:

-Knowledge/experience of mental health
-Passion for helping & supporting others
-Experienced working towards targets
-Employability or related sector experience (desirable)
