Location: Barking (onsite)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Overview:

Working for a rapidly expanding training provider, you will lead and oversee the operations of the Adult Education Budget (AEB) Centre, focusing on delivering quality employability and vocational programs to enhance learner employability.

A typical week:

-Oversee delivery of AEB programs
-Manage team of educators & support staff
-Build & grow links with referral partners
-Ensure compliance & funding is met

You''ll need the following for this role:

-Education/employability management experience
-Experience of AEB or related funding
-Experience managing & motivating teams
-Excellent relationship management skills
