Salary: £30,000- £34,000 + excellent benefits

Seeking a HR professional with knowledge of employment law and experience managing employee relations cases.


Working for a leading FE College, you will play a crucial role in providing a first-line HR advisory service to internal stakeholders, complete casework and lead the internal recruitment service process.

A typical week:

-Provide guidance on Employee Relations issues
-Support employee relations casework
-Resolve HR queries & provide an excellent HR service
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

You'll need the following for this role:

-2 years HR experience
-Experience of employee relations
-Experience of recruitment & selection
-CIPD Level 3 or above
