Salary: £21,000- £24,000 + excellent benefits

We seek an experienced administrator looking to start a career within HR.


Working for a leading FE College, you will support the HR & Recruitment team by coordinating the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance is met and provide HR support with onboarding new starters.

A typical week:

-Coordinate the recruitment & selection process
-Manage new starter processes, ensuring compliance
-Maintain recruitment records
-Organise & contribute to recruitment events & job fairs

You'll need the following for this role:

-1 year Admin, HR or recruitment experience
-Ability to work in fast paced environment
-Excellent communication skills
-HR experience or qualification (desirable)
