HEAD OF PROGRAMMES

Location: Southampton, Hertfordshire, Plymouth, Birmingham, Manchester, or Glasgow
Hybrid: 80% homebased
Starting salary: Up to £44,500 + excellent benefits

Seeking a strategic Head of Programmes with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects and leading high-performing teams to success.

Overview:

Working as part of the leadership team for an experienced and well regarded Charity, you will lead a team to successfully deliver impactful youth and education related programmes across the UK.

A typical week:

-Oversee delivery of multiple programmes
-Lead & develop a team, ensuring outcomes are met
-Engage with internal & external stakeholders
-Budget management & team planning

You'll need the following:

-Senior programme/project management experience
-Proven ability to lead & inspire multi site teams
-An entrepreneurial & strategic approach
-Car driver with own car
-Charity/education experience (desirable)
