HR COACH

Location: Remote (1-2 days per month in Manchester or London)
Salary: £33,000 + excellent benefits

Overview:

Working for a global education provider, you will coach and develop HR professionals to achieve CIPD / HR Apprenticeships at Levels 3-5.

A typical week:

-Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
-Review & feedback on assignments
-Prepare learners for exams
-Work closely with employers

You'll need the following:

-CIPD L5 qualified or close to completion
-Minimum 2 years HR experience
-Confident communication skills
-A passion for coaching, training, mentoring
