PROTECTIVE SECURITY TRAINER

Location: Homebased with occasional travel
Salary: £34,000, rising to £38,000 after probation
Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week

Overview:

You will support Learners achieve Security qualifications within the workplace via 1-1 coaching sessions via Teams. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.

A typical week:

-Deliver 1-1 & occasional group sessions
-Support learners through their learning journey
-Carry out regular progress reviews
-Work closely with employers

You'll need:

-5 years protective security experience
-L5 security qualification
-Teaching or assessing qualification (EAT, AET, PTTLS, PGCE)
-Experience training/coaching others
-Car driver, happy with occasional travel
