Overview:
Working for a global education provider, you will coach and develop HR professionals to achieve L&D/HR Apprenticeships at Levels 3-5.
A typical week:
-Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
-Review & feedback on assignments
-Prepare learners for exams
-Support apprentices with their careers
You'll need the following to be considered:
-CIPD L5 (or equivalent HR/L&D qualification)
-Significant HR/L&D experience
-A interest/experience in coaching, training, mentoring
-Experience or knowledge of Apprenticeships (desirable)
