SENIOR FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Location: Euston area (Fully onsite)
Salary: Up to £36,000 + excellent benefits

Overview:

Working across 2 busy training centres, you will provide effective and professional facilities support to ensure buildings are safe, well-maintained, and provide a positive environment for staff, students, and visitors.

A typical week:

-Coordinate facilities activities
-Lead on building inspections & facilities checks
-Key contact for contractors
-Fault finding with AV / projectors

You'll need:

-2+ years facilities or workplace experience
-Professional & clear communication skills
-Good understanding of building maintenance
-AV / projector knowledge (desirable)
