MANAGEMENT COACH

Location: Homebased with occasional travel
Salary: £34,000, rising to £38,000 after 6 month probation

Seeking an engaging Assessor / Coach with experience delivering Management, Team Leading, Business and Customer Service programme.

Overview:

Working for an established and financially secure provider, you will deliver Management and Team Leading programmes to large cohorts before the funding cut off. With longer term transition to Business, Customer Service and related programmes and units as the funding landscape changes.

A typical week:

-Manage caseload of Apprentices
-Deliver online & occasional in-person sessions
-Review, monitor & evaluate learner progress
-Plan & prepare tailored coaching sessions

You'll need the following:

-L5 Management or related qualification
-3 years management experience
-Experience delivering Management 5 & Team Leader 3
-Confident communication & engagement skills
