CULINARY DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Location: Central London (1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus & excellent benefits

Overview:

Balancing culinary expertise with high-level presentation skills, you will lead culinary development to ensure successful launches of new brands into an established and highly successful national network.

A typical week:

-Develop culinary products & processes
-Manage the development of innovative food concepts
-Conduct thorough market research & trend analysis
-Uphold rigorous food quality standards

You'll need the following:

-Significant recipe development experience
-Experience from meal-box sector or similar
-Excellent communication & presentation skills
-Culinary Arts or Nutrition degree (desirable)
