Location: Central London (1-2 days WFH)
Salary: £80,000 (£120,000 OTE, uncapped) + share options

Overview:

Working with trending hospitality brands who want to expand, you will build, lead, and develop a high-performing business team team to support the sustainable growth of the business. You will combine strategic thinking and operational excellence to maintain the organisation as a market leader.

A typical week:

-Lead on pipeline activity and forecasting accuracy
-Build and advance the sales academy
-Develop and guide on the sales process
-Strategise and identify opportunities for growth

You'll need the following:

-5+ years of B2B field sales & cold calling experience
-Experience recruiting a large sales team (6+)
-Confident socially with an outgoing approach
-Strong degree from a top level university
-Passion for food/hospitality
